1. Never meet more pushy drug dealers

Do not go to this place RUDE OFFICE STAFF. They just don't work too complacent. Time for New Case Manager that are Human Beings. We are here to help and serve one another. No Follow up. They just don't care.

As we speak my daughter is in this facility, they are not very professional, unless you go along with they want you to do.

(Yes from the moment I spoke with any doctor, I was told my daughter needs to be on mood enhancers)

( Maybe you guys are under staffed)

2. Doctor told us that if we don't put her on drugs, "it would be more difficult to treat her"

As of today, this place has the most compassionate, committed and caring professionals I have had access to in my long story of finding solutions for my son who has Autism and behavioral challenges. At first I was concern because of the ratings, but the nurses I spoke to during the intake process had the ability to answer all my questions and concerns in a very empathic manner. Thank you all, you are awesome! Mom

(You don't hear or listen to anything, that is not on your agenda)

Typical "treat and street" facility for teens. They ask permission to put the kids on Benadryl at night so they can fall asleep. My daughter was placed there for overdosing on Benadryl- so of course I refused and was concerned that they would even suggest it- knowing her history. Not much counseling- appears to be a "hang out" facility and little to no family support or counseling is offered. There must be a reason it is the only place that ever has beds available.

This hospital saved my father's life. Every nurse and staff member my family dealt with was compassionate and caring. My Dad was suffering from post surgery delirium and this was the only hospital that offered us assistance. A nurse's aide was assigned to stay with my Dad 24/7 which was a huge relief to us considering his state of mind. My Dad has since fully recovered. I will forever be grateful to St. Clare's Boonton!

4. My concerns, are as important as yours.

5. Susanne, I'm sorry but you where of no help expect having the doctor call me to push drugs more.

3. If you "have to many patients, and not enough time", how much are you actually hearing

(Little hard work is good for you, why give drugs to someone that is already abusing them.)
