Third time they got the order wrong. When I called up and asked the manager if they could make it right somehow, the only thing he said was that they would deliver another one... in yet another 20 minutes. No coupon, no extras. I asked again if there was something he could do... he finally said that we'd get credit, as if we'd chance yet another wrong order or do business with them again. Before I could say goodbye, the manager hung up on me.
Good price, quality and quick service. I usually prefer to pickup, so I get it still warm from the oven!
PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT BE TEMPTED TO ORDER FROM HERE - do not order from here - the sooner they go out of business the better. You will find other Domino Pizza places that might actually get the order correct and CARE that they did.......
I had given them a second chance after having a falling out. I didn't even mind that I usually had to wait outside and wave the pizza person down since they can never find my apartment. What upset me was the last two times I ordered: the pizza was very late and when I called instead of just saying, "We are running behind it will be another 20 minutes." (I don't know mind late pizza, as long as it is hot). The girl on the phone just kept saying, "Oh he just left." Well it was 20 degrees outside and I was waiting in the cold for almost 30 minutes and the only reason my pizza go delivered is I walked to the corner of my street and the street they are on and pretty much pointed out that I can see the place and I know no one left with my pizza yet. The girl kind of begrudgingly said she would make sure mine is delivered next. I even told her that I just wanted them to be honest. I didn't mind waiting out in the cold in front of my place since they could never find it but to wait for 30 minutes is a bit silly. Oh and I tip 20% so it's not because I am cheap.
Very well run establishment. This seemed to work as a team and have always been cordial given the number of times I frequent a place
